- Correct, you can even use it for commercial use.
You can also change the name of the song as you wish. I just put these names in a generic way.

I'm seriously not trying to be a jerk, but: You are explaining to somebody the way a CC-BY-SA 4.0 license works, and the license listed here on OpenGameArt is Public Domain only. There is a conflict here.
Also not trying to be a jerk, but do you see the date on that comment? Four years after he posted that about CC-BY-SA, he changed it to CC0. The Revisions tab at the top shows the change.
