Tesekkür ederim. Thank you :D

Yeah it's kinda similiar to castle crashers. However, I had no intention to do so.

Here is the evolution how I ended up with this:

My first concept was almost totally different from what I did at the end.

No problem I attached image here then. Its not too important just wanted show how it all progressed.

I use Adobe Illustrator CC for the graphics and for this one I used DragonBones.

are you only going to sell your stuff through graphic river; or will you sell the art packet through other sites like gamedevmaket?

I'll also put on GameDevMarket and other sites but wanted add more content to the package ( more animations)

Otherwise it will be double work for me to reupload the updated work on every market.

Follow me so you don't miss when I upload to gamedev. :D

(I'll also comment here for you once the asset is available on gamedev)

MoonStar

i love your art work: the design, the animation which breads presonality into the character is awesome.

my only conceern on purchasing the final art pack when you're done adding to it is the possiblity of using it in our commercial game (estimated to be released in mid-feburary) and having a copyright issue with the folks that published castle crashers.

while you're busy developing additional animationes for the pack, prior to publishing them on gamedev; might you consider adding a set of animations with a horse (jumping on a horse, sitting on horse while horse is idle, then horse galloping)?

Castle Crasher can't do that. It looks like them but it is not actually same as them. Only similarity is the cross which is crusader's sign. So it's impossible to be a problem. This is an original work.

Hi im back.

after more than 2 weeks from my last post I finally could finish the work. ( Had couple of other things to do in that time).

@BBG

my only conceern on purchasing the final art pack when you're done adding to it is the possiblity of using it in our commercial game (estimated to be released in mid-feburary) and having a copyright issue with the folks that published castle crashers.

That's indeed a valid point and as I am not a lawyer any answer I give might be wrong.

From my personal perspective though this is an original work because as I mentioned earlier I ended up with this constantly improving and fine tuning the character. Not thinking of castle crashers at all. When I saw similiarities at the end I even tried to change the character in a way that people dont put this in relation with castle crashers but any major attempt somehow destroyed the overall look so I come back to this final design.

while you're busy developing additional animationes for the pack, prior to publishing them on gamedev; might you consider adding a set of animations with a horse (jumping on a horse, sitting on horse while horse is idle, then horse galloping)?

Done. But I don't know if its too late already since you wanted to publish your game mid february :D

Anyways I uploaded on GameDev market currently it's under review. Might take couple of days or a week..

I'll put a link here as soon as its live on GameDev Market.
