Assets in this are being used as inspiration for original artwork for our Catherine's Quest project

Explore mazes, fight dragons, rescue drag queens in distress, and learn why you can only carry one item at a time in our studio's first action/RPG.

Gameplay is inspired by the limitations of classic 8-bit consoles but we use modern painterly/handpainted style 2D graphcis in ultra-HD. Our art team is making use of both traditional and digital media in the artwork to make something that stands out visually in the giant sea of indie action/RPG's.

This project is also our first non-trivial usage of the Godot game engine (our other projects have been in Unity or UE4). All artwork produced for the game will be made available under a CC0 license and source code under an MIT license.
