Those attribution instructions are a bit whacky, though. I can't redistribute it unless I credit you. Ok, CC-BY requires attribution, so not a big deal, but if I use it I don't have to give credit? What if I use it in a way that involves distribution? The CC-BY license already says credit is required if the asset is used in any way. Stipulating credit is not required if the asset is used completely defeats the purpose of the license.

Hi,

sorry about the confusion what I meant was that no credit was required unless it is redistributed as is. The licence also allows exceptions set by the creator. Sorry again I am a little new to this.
