On layer 1 is a lowpoly (952 tris) unwrapped mesh with a simple rig, and on layer 2 is a highpoly (7k tris) version with no rig or unwrap. I was going to bake the lowpoly texture from the highpoly, but I failed.

Hopefully this is of use in its current state.
