A blood effect I got from http://powstudios.com/. I modified it to where it is the form of a sprite sheet. The rights are not copyrighted.

Are you sure you are allowed to redistribute those "for sale" assets? Could you post an excerpt from their copyright policy here?
"side there are 4 sets of blood animations, each set with individual 512x512 PNG images for you to put together in a sprite sheet for your game using your own processes" and "All you have to do is give credit to powstudios"
The original assets are licensed CC-BY 3.0 but you distributed the sprite sheet as Public Domain, that is not allowed.
