I created layer mask to get transparent images.
For those who can't open the psd. i have now uploaded a png map.
The black shadow is needed to get some smooth edges. If you want other shadows maybe you can add a inner shadow which overlaps the black one.
Feel free to use them.

May you upload it again? I'm trying to open it with GIMP and it shouts a "unsupported channel size" at me. Never had that before, so i don't know what that means. Though usually there is no problem opening photoshop files with GIMP. Hm. Or if you can save all images as PNGs and archive them into a zip file.
I think the problem is, that Gimp can not work with effects + layer masks on "groups" i created for each "type" of crystal a group which holds all colors for the same group, then i only needed to add the mask once. tomorrow i will try to fix the image.
I have added a transparent png map. I also got the error in gimp and couldn't fix it. i tried some versions but none of them worked.
These are very nice!
I would like to use some (all? not sure yet) of these gem images in a game I'm working on. How does the attribution work for these? I'm not sure what I'm required to put in my game's credits in order to use these because you have no attribution instructions and they're based off of "Basic Gems Icon Set" which, likewise, has no attirbution instructions.
Thanks!
