I dont think so. the chords are simmilar but a lot of songs use those. And the melody is just basic minor blues scales so it sounds simmilar because it's the same genre. And the base snare pattern is also common. I don't think that it could couse any problems because its 1. not the same chord progression. 2. A lot of songs use the same chords.
