If you're not careful and you noclip out of reality in the wrong areas, you'll end up in the Backrooms.

This is a modular kit I was working on to learn making modular pieces with wall thichkness. The set is basic but you can do a lot with it if you take your time. I've included some examples of how the parts go together.

The parts are intended to move in 1,2,4, and 8 meters with snapping distance as low as 0.5 meters. All of the material maker files are included. Textures are high resolution at 1024x1024. I included the pool rooms tile material as well. You can swap out any of the building parts with the pool texture and they will work seemlessly together.

There is one small issue with the trim. The trim overlaps by 0.02 meters. I wasn't able to figure out how to work around this without creating a dozen more trim pieces with the ends shaved off. You won't notice the overlap with default wood material but the pool tiles may show some flickering.

The blend files depend on Blender's asset manager. Add the extracted folder to your asset library paths for the assets to show properly.
