A simple monospaced bit font / ascii char map I created for my "Pixel Simplicity" GUI. The characters have an inset effect. I was stupid enough *not* to use an alpha channel, so you'll have to replace colors if you want to make these work on a different background color. But don't worry, there are only three colors used for the shading (which puts the font's color use at a total of 4).

The characters take up a maximum of 7 x 7 pixels, but most are only 5 x 7 pixels in size, including the shading. They all sit in one png with a total size of 128 x 64 pixel. Additionally, there is a GIMP (.xcf) file with one layer for each character. The Gimp file features three more characters, namely an alternative @-sign, as well as smaller versions of < and >. Notice that this font is all upper-case. In order to match the ASCII table, the letters are duplicated to fill the lower-case letter's slots.

If you end up using this in whatever project, I would be super happy to learn about it in the comments. If you prefer not to tell, that's okay too.
