An exercise in minimalism. Should be all you need for a complete game here, albeit not one with a huge amount of visual variety. Sprites are laid out in a 10x10 grid, but only two frames of the explosion go outside the 8x8 centre. Tiles are 8x8. License is whatever is the minimum requiring nothing of you except that you say where you got it. I think that's OGA-BY 3.0?
