After actually reading part of the CC-BY-SA 4.0, specifically the part about DRM, I now think that it is inferior to the GPLv3; the GPL allows DRM, making it compatible with legal game modding, like what's allowed on digital store-fronts. 8-bit textures are so simplistic that I don't think that I will ever license them under the GPL; therefore, this simple tileset's license has been changed to CC0 and all future 8-bit textures that I release will likely use that license.
