The proprietary license included in the .zip file is not compatible with CC-BY (nor any license accepted on OGA) Would you be willing to release these assets as purely CC-BY without the other stipulations by chance?
oh snap, I did not even think to remove or revise the license inside the zips. Yes of course, to both the 1 and 2 packs, that is what I meant them to be, as CC-By, 4.0 etc...

Sorry Andrea, it's been so long since I uploaded anything, I got confused. Of course it is CC-BY 4.0 as it was originally meant to be. I can't see how to edit the upload tho.
You should be able to click the edit tab (upper left corner of this page) to upload the zip without the other license in it. Let me know if it gives you trouble.
