3d object: fictional pistol/hand cannon (Dobryl P 1)
I think the preview image is quite self-explanatory, this is a low poly-hand cannon, made with blender that can be customized to a certain degree. The architecture and arbitrary functionality is inspired by some existing guns, but beside being thought to fit human hands, is completely fictional, solving any problem or question with the use of licensed pistols in any media.
I wouldn't go as far as calling it low-poly but i preferred prism barrels rather than cylinders, altough the final product can be considered relatively light, i didn't bother with the poly-count. Of course anyone is free to create their own version of this gun.
For who pays attention to semantic, the fictional name of this gun is Dobryl P 1, where Dobryl is a fictional company.
In the ZIP file i released 2 objects, representing the base pistol and the pistol with all the reasonable accessories, ready to be used, and the original blender file. As you can see in the first and last panels in the preview, the pieces are separated entities, this should allow some customization such as scaling the barrel or the handle, make it more exotic looking, animating the shooting sequence. This, of course will require some knowledge of Blender.
Whoever will open the blend file will notice i didn't bother with naming the components or the materials, for an object that simple i don't see any need of selecting components or materials from the respective lists.
Also, i'm using it with DazStudio, in future, if required, i might a ready-to-use file as wearable for DazStudio.
