I really don't know a lot of details about the Creative Commons Licenses, but I don't think CC BY permits restriction of use to only free games. Unless I'm mistaken, I think all the licenses that OpenGameArt.org uses allow for commercial use. But, I may be wrong. You may want to Ask MedicineStorm.
The armor does look very nice. The orange looks like it's hot. :)
