In this case, though, we are not able to host this asset here unless the red cross is altered or removed. The Red Cross (a red cross on a white background) is a protected symbol and creates Intellectual Property issues: https://kotaku.com/video-games-arent-allowed-to-use-the-red-cross-symbol...EDIT: Fixed, thanks! :)

Thanks for the info, I added "First aid" skill to my game a few weeks ago. I'll have to make the red cross orange/pink)
It's a very strange case, actually. The organization and the emblem exist since the middle of the 19th century, I thought the copyright is no longer valid.
It's not copyright. It's international agreement (Geneva Conventions if I'm not mistaking).
