The normals of a sphere, hemisphere and several beveled cubes mapped onto a surface as if the camera is 60 degrees from top-down. I intend to use them for hand-painting normals for 2D sprites.

Hey! Just letting you know that, since you released this file into the public domain and it is a very good reference image for educational purposes, i added it to Wikimedia Commons, for possible future use in a Wikipedia article about bump maps.
