Included in this submission are seven standing/walking 16x16 sprite sets for RPG characters, performed in the 8-bit style and closely following the NES/Famicom's sprite palette limitations (3 colors + 1 transparent color per sprite)*, as well as a generic template (lower left, left in the preview) from which others can be derived.

The sprites were drawn mostly as an experiment and thus not planned for use in any game, but they may be useful to someone else here.

*These limitations would not let them all appear on one screen on an actual NES/FC, though.

Could these guys be reduced to a 4-color indexed PNG? (black, dark grey, light grey, white)
