Diesel Punk, haven't heard of that genre before.
Very neat designs, they look very World-War-II-y to me.
Thank you. I'm not sure what would be the defining elements of "Diesel Punk", but th's what I strived for anyway. ;)
You can animate whit dragon bones or blender 3.3.0 + COA tools if you need cut-out or sue opentoonz for frametoframe tradicionala animations.
