I made this arcade thinking that video game controls sometimes don't consider adaptations for left-handed people. Hence this model can be a curious detail in the scenario to draw the attention of the most attentive player. Or maybe even hiding a minigame inside the game ... with controls and buttons that have changed functions. Use your creativity, I hope this model will be useful in some way.

 The name of the arcade "Flip Left Duel" is fictitious, but it illustrates a machine with challenges that will favor those who are left-handed at the controls over those who are accustomed to the standard. Perhaps for left-handed players to challenge righties.

 This 3d arcade model respects the same UV texture scheme as my other models found at this link ("https://opengameart.org/content/lowpoly-arcades"). And they can share the same textures.
