Unless he moved he's in neither of those places. Not sure if he'd be cool with me letting people know where he lives though.
Was Emcee asking what happened to bart or where he lives? Like Sharm was saying, telling people where he lives is kind of personal.

He's pretty private about that stuff, so pretty sure "nope" to sharing his location. I was being somewhat facetious, but only because I'm not sure what sort of information was actually being sought. I correspond with him occasionally about OGA decisions, but he's mostly hands-off for now; being very busy with other work and family.
--Medicine StormP.S. I should be able to answer any OGA related questions you may have for bart, or pass along any informaiton if necessary.
On the other hand, it would not be appropriate to have me pass along a complaint about me. So if you wish to talk to bart about my administrative actions or lack thereof, you should probably contact Sharm, Redshrike, or Botanic. They will pass along that information to bart, and I'll be dealt with properly :P

Plot twist: MedicineStorm has actually kidnapped Bart and is holding him in her basement in order to take over the site. LOL
That would make the last paragraph in this comment of mine rather forshadowing, wouldn't it.

After six years of being held captive in MedicineStorm's basement, bart reveals that he was looking for someone to take over running the site anyway, and he'd like to extend her an offer. Then he gets up, snaps his zip ties like they were made of wet spaghetti, and Dr Manhattans into the ether. A slight whiff of lavender-scented particle accelerator is left behind in the cellar dungeon.
