If you're asking about that electronic sound, it's a slightly modified synth pluck from ReFX Nexus 2 called Virus Sarken. And effect plugins are delay with some offset and reverb.
And then there's just regular orchestra instruments: bass string, cello, violin, tuba, trombone, oboe and there's also a piano. All that with reverb effect as well.
