A complete sprite of a chibi komato devastator, with many actions, including climbing walls, crawling, swimming/flying, each mode has got, beside the option of drawing the secondary pistol, complete sets of 1 on 1 fighting actions, getting hit, at least 3 punches and 3 kicks for each statetype, several stances and walking styles, throws, victory poses (most aliens) and so on.

The general idea is that when hands are free the komato has got maximal mobility, but scarce destructive power, or is slow in drawing his guns.

When he's holding his rifle his destructive power increases dramatically but can't climb walls or ceilings, swim and so on.

The hatchet actions are organized starting from picking it with any cel where his right hand is near his thigh, it might draw the hatchet, strike and then holster it or it might be another combat stance.

I'm confident this sequence is rather large and allows many interpretation with the 2880+ cels.

The first set, hands free is from start to cel 976 (counting from 1) then starts the set with rifle, and at cel 1850 draws the hatchet.

Of course other developers can use it as they see fit.

On a side note, due to the dramatically deformed proportions, the feet in stand by pose aren't always at the same level like happens in old school platformers, this is more suitable for platformers with a floor.
Sometimes the gun goes below the floor level, but i think this can add value to the overall impact.
To integrate it in an envirovment it might be required to move the feet, or do some minor correction with an image editor.

Also, since the shins and the hands have different scale, the fact the gun is bigger when held and smaller when holstered on the respective shins might become noticeable, but i'd chalk it under "Mysterious alien technology"

As usual, i released a spritesheet (Not very compact, i must admit: i'm not going to use this myself, and i don't really have the time to move the cels in the sequence to pursue the minimal size in pixels.)

And a GIF sequence, to help with the tools that work with actions rather than single cels.
