Love it. Willing to share a source file, flp, or midi?
I don't know that the Logic file would help much, since I used a bunch of non-native plugins, but I could upload the MIDI. Is there a way to upload just the MIDI on OGA?

Yes, you can upload and update any file, description, preview, etc, also a midi file, just click on "Edit" menu and go to "Add a new file" below the preview section and upload the mid. After that click on save button.

Well under the CC0 license you technically don't need to credit him. If you still want to, though, you can put his his name or username wherever people will see it: online, in-game, etc.
