16x16 Fence and Well [Tiny 16]

I recolored the fence and did some brute force copy/paste methods to generate different positions and some alternate tiles. It contains the full range of difference positions and partial alterations.
The well is a minor modification and recolor using the same Tiny 16: Basic tileset color pallet.
