I believe there are license conflicts, because you license a work released under the terms of CC - BY 3.0 as CC0.
kddekadenz: Not quite, since the archive does not contain Redshrike's stuff, only the frames and textures. May be a bit confusing though.
Then the preview image licence is cc-by-3.0?

Hi, I removed collaborator (as his work is not used) and changed the title (without changing url) since it now has art too.
Let me know if I made a mistake in doing so!

Few comments,
1) The lowest resolution phones are 480-by-320 as such a bit higher res may be in order.
2) Phones require power of 2 textures
If you want to bug me on IRC I can give you some pointers on making stuff for phones etc :)
Well the sprites you see are made for a Sony PsP here's a preview :
About the use of multiple texture ... well there should not be any problem since each card will have only 2 layers besides the PsP can use multiple layers just fine :
the 1st one for the art witch will consist in one image (boarder+art+plastic)
and the 2nd one witch will be the card stats witch is text
Mine (htc wildfire aka buzz) is 320x240 :)
The art archive is missing two files it seems.
Were they made by you by the way?
The art located here was utilized for our Android game Riding Rhodri. There is also a lite version located here if you would like to give it a shot. Thank you for the hard work you put into your art so that we could make our game look that much better!
