unable to post on tablet

I have no idea if this will finally work now that im on a laptop but if I try and post on a ios tablet and hit save it doesnt post it just opens a blank page and the post is never posted. I also wanted to add that on the ipad choosing desktop site menu option in chrome changes nothing it still isnt posted.
Is there any copy & paste action involved when you're on your ios tablet?
The site has a problem with certain control characters like the curved quote or EM dash. some text editors auto-convert reqular quotes or short dashes to the other style, which seems to cause the error you're experincing. We're trying to fix the issue, but it is a long process.
--Medicine StormThis always happened to me, it's been like that for a long time,(for me anyway) think i posted about it before just to inquire.
using my ipad (2nd gen) works fine (or it did), but my ipad (4th gen) the one i mostly use never works when trying to post so i just gave up. :)
soon as you hit 'Save' it just gets stuck on a white screen and doesn't do anything.
I haven't tried an iphone
everything else seems to work fine, i can download files(not zippped), browse, favourite, hear audio, links, but commenting or posting is the only thing i notice that doesn't work.

I use an older ipad 2nd gen mini maybe? I get the white screen on new topics / submissions sometimes but after a while I can post on them. It just doesnt let me at first....strange...I suppose it depends on the way you hold your mouth as you type :)
