Extremely low-poly cat model I've quickly put together for testing purposes. Maybe you will find another use for it.
I made the texture from CC0 photos from Wikimedia Commons.
There is a very simple walk animation in the Blend (2.8) file consisting of two shape keys.
EDIT: Added an extra texture (cat_free.png) that's been created solely by me, from scratch, so that you can be better sure about the CC0 status.

Well, i'm not sure what is the meaning of the button "i'm using this", but i'll make sure to credit you, should i use this as reference.

Would like to later create a whole pack of these low-poly animals, AFAIK there is no such pack under CC0.
I've added another texture, which is my original work and you don't have to worry about a 3rd party texture (which is still fine, but you may not wanna dig for it's licensing status). Enjoy :)
