"Popular this Month" Broken?

Please don't take this as a "Wah! why am i not on the list!" thing.
But i noticed that the icon set i uploaded a few days ago has 9 "favorite" votes-- plenty to get on the "Popular this Month" list, but doesn't appear at all.
Or is the list only updated occasionally?
Anyway, just pointing it out incase it isn't working as intended.

Okay. I tweaked a cache setting, and *theoretically* things shouldn't cache for longer than 5 minutes now. I also explicity flushed the cache, which fixed it on my end. That said, I had to force-reload the page (ctrl-shift-r) to see the change.
This shouldn't happen again, but let me know if it does.

It seems like it is still on a delay much longer than 5 minutes. On the list it is still at 9, where it was at least several days ago, while it's actually got 14 faves.
