Derived from the artwork of an excellent artist Ingo Ruhnke aka grumbel. Originally intented for NAEV space exploration/trade/combat game but I figured it can be used elsewhere. Some pieces (the crappy ones) have been added by me.

ATTN: You will need gimp 2.8 to work with layer groups. Combining different layers (body, head, eyes, noses, hair etc) you can create a lot of different characters. I hope you will find it useful

Not anytime soon. I wish I had time for this. But it is not hard to do it yourself, you should give it a try :)
