Custom isometric tiles?

How do I make custom isometric tiles that look realistic. Like Diablo 2 style graphics?

Those seem to be just textures rendered onto a plane, but I might be wrong.

You should probably use a program like Blender for this, ehh I'm really not an expert on 3d stuff.

No problem medicine storm. You can add a lot of detail to the images as well, just have to sharpen after.
