Some how I can't get this to work.

Do I add an HTML embed or embed video field?

This belongs in feedback, not General Discussion. *moved*

The youtube plugin was disabled due to all the spammers that were using it. It also uses an older model of youtube link that youtube no longer supports. The best way to add a video to your post is to post a still image, then set that image as a link to the youtube video.

For example:

OpenGameArt Pixel Art Tutorial 3

Okay, thanks! Shame about the spammers though. It's nice to imbed previews of your games sometimes.

Late response, but you can now add embedded youtube videos on a new forum post so long as the link used follows the correct format.

For example, it won't work if you add following link in the Embed Video field:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EK5VOK9FD_M

It has to follow the format indicated, like so:

https://www.youtu.be/EK5VOK9FD_M
