@netgfx i think they can do that as the license allows for sharing and distrubution, and they can modify and edit as well, bit of a bummer to sell it though, considering its intention was to be free for use. unless they have made significant changes that warrant a cost? perhaps they should credit the original source, that would be a nice thing to do.
Well if they didn't make any changes at all, it is like they are fishing for unaware people since this already exists as a free resource. I don't know it kinda looks weird to me.

EDIT: Reselling someone's CC0 art is a rotten thing to do, but it's allowed. However, artists may license different formats of their work under different licenses. Craftpix.net has done this. This asset remains CC0 and we are all free to continue enjoying it as is, but the format being sold by "DD9" is not licensed CC0, it's a proprietary license that does not allow resale: https://craftpix.net/file-licenses/
