Really cute! But looks more like an "evil capitalist" villain than a hero!
Of course, you could always play as the bad guy, I imagine him in a game where you have to run a victorian era factory and squeeze your workers as inhumanely as you can get away with. XD
Or maybe like an evil orphanage master too.
