Question about incompatible licenses

Well, hello. I have a problem with licenses and 3d models/textures. While I use CC-BY and CC-BY-SA for my levels, i have a little problem with models. I want to use model A (that's under GPLv3) and model B (that's under CC-BY-SA) but I don't want to make my whole proyect CC-BY-SA or GPLv3
Also I even can't do it cause I cannot share the main engine source code (is propetary).
The thing is that my game works as a collection of files rather than a compilation, so each model is a spare part of it. Can I redistribute my game telling which files have license X or license Y? Is that possible or should I replace the CC-BY-SA and GPL models?

Hi there! You're fine as long as people who get your game can easily extract the models and textures from the package for reuse, and said package includes a list of who made what under which licenses. For the latter, it helps to make a collection of all the art you'll be using from OGA and selecting Download Credits File at the bottom. (Just don't forget to review said file.) Hope this helps, and good luck.
