Look for a quote for 2D art for my page

I just created a web page for a game proposal and want to replace the images I am currently using with original art. The style is superhero comic art with an eye for action. The current images are just place-holders for the ideas they represent and want to eventually have art that more closely reflect the ideas they represent. Go to http://www.themarveluniverseonline.com/ check out the page and let me know what can be worked out.
Hi!
I would like to help you!
Let me introduce myself.
My name is Serg and I run a small Art Studio ''Ponylab''.
It's a place, where born from Rainbows ponies craft a catchy art for amazing Games.
Please, check our website: https://ponylab.studio/
One image like the first from MARVEL will cost $250-$300 (depends on your image resolution and details you would like to have there)
It's the first option, but I can also offer a few other options at a lower price (like fewer characters on the picture, less detailed)
Everything is fully negotiable, please, contact me at serg@ponylab.studio so we can find the best solution regarding needed quality and budget.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Have fun getting sued.
Stay a while and listen.
Why would he get sued?
EDIT: I read the wrong post. Yeah you'll definitely get a cease and desist for this.
This projects goal is to generate buzz for an idea that will eventually lead to a pitch to the very people who should sue me?
I have looked at the project and it sounds great, even as an idea, an open world rpg around super heroes created by original characters, however
"This projects goal is to generate buzz for an idea that will eventually lead to a pitch to the very people who would sue me?"
In my opinion.
The time it takes to create and develop something like this would be very time consuming, and if you are to pitch it then it pretty much would have to be spot on, I'm not sure anyone would be willing to commit to a project like this when the likelyness is you won't get the license from Marvel to get the go ahead anyway, even if your game is really good and marvel like it, they still probly won't grant you a license to use it, and the reason being is because someone else would already have a license to use it, which would not allow another developer to create a game that would potentially put their game project at risk should there be a financial commitment to it.(and there will be a financial commitment to it) thus could be a lawsuit from either marvel themselves or the license holder, although it's more likely a "cease and decist" notice should you continue without a license, even so, all that hard work and effort put in for it not to be allowed would be devasting.(personal experiance)
if you created your game based on original characters then you might get a better response from artists, fan based stuff is great, but it comes with risks, if you do continue I wish you well, and the advise I would give you is be cautious.

I agree 100% and I am not asking anyone to committ financialy to this. I am willing to pay as I go to at least get the idea out in the wild. I am not looking for any financial gain with this, This entire endevor is one big presentation to hand over to Marvel the moment they show interest. Right now I need art that doesn't already belong to someone else and eventually a faux commercial to get people asking "What is the Marvel Universe Online?'
"I have looked at the project and it sounds great..."
Really? Thanks. That's a start.
