Could these be reduced to 4-color indexed PNGs? (black, dark grey, light grey, white)

Use an art program that can do something like a "worldwide" flood mode, and this shouldn't be much of a problem. I use Paint.net personally and it works just fine.
File "sentry.png" is corrupted. I see no sentry units when opening the source url image either.
