This is an open-source prototype of a fantasy themed platformer game. It's not a complete game, but a jumping off point for folks that want to explore and learn modern game programming techniques in Lua with the Corona SDK.
The game, source and graphics are free and free to modify under the Creative Commons CC0 licence.

Game-ready asset collections. Nice!
Very cool! I played the prototype to this game and think it's a fine little game. I kind of like the Paper Mario kind of feel to it. Well done! :)
Wow greate Thanks For Sharing :)
Thanks all! I forgot to mention there's some Tiled TMX fiels in there too :)
Is this Corona? Since when has Corona an editor? Awesome.
@moonstar There's a sample project that loads a Tiled map into Corona SDK. I like ti because you can work visually by putting a scene together with graphics in Tiled and link those images to .lua files in Corona that have the events on them...
Best of both worlds (visual and code) for game dev IMHO.
Love the bright colors, and the "sticker effect" is a really clever way of distinguishing important foreground elements from background elements.
Also, that's a fun little prototype. Controls are extremely slippery though, at least with the keyboard. Maybe it works better on mobile.
Love it
