??? Help!

This happened when I was editing my pixel art collection. When I clicked save this came up. Anyone have any idea what could of happened???
- Notice: Undefined index: field in field_widget_field() (line 578 of /var/www/sites/opengameart/modules/field/field.form.inc).
- Notice: Undefined index: instance in field_widget_instance() (line 603 of /var/www/sites/opengameart/modules/field/field.form.inc).
That happens to me quite a lot, sometimes I can't actually load up opengameart at all, either the server crashes, or my cache/ internet is rubbish, just have to keep loading up later on in the day, then it works again. Not sure what the problem is, but it does go away eventually.
