my English is poor, I hope I can express my question clearly. I always download images from here, and use them in my project. Thanks for this website! I always add a text file and the contents is atrributing the authors. But I have a problem, say, sometimes, I am not directly use these images, I would change the image size,  rotate them, change the color or other simple operation before use them, is that OK? I know there are a lot of licenses, but I really do not understand them, if I change the image colors, I break the 'SA' rules or not?  and which licenses forbid my change?

CC-BY 3.0 CC-BY-SA 3.0 GPL 3.0  GPL 2.0 OGA-BY 3.0 CC0 LGPL 3.0 LGPL 2.1

Using CC0 public license material you don't have to do anything, but it's nice to credit the author.

using CC by 3.0(or later versions) you must credit the author every time, and put in a description the details of any changes you have made, like sizes, colours, adaptations and some Authors might add certain conditions aswell which you will need to follow, I.e, provide a link to their website. You can find a short description of what the authors wishes you to do in the "credit/Atribution" box under their submission. And you must release your adapted work under the same license you got the original work.

think that's right, I can't speak for the other licenses as I don't use those.

hope that helps.

oh also, when you click on a submission you like, on the left of the coloum the license/s will be there, if you click on that license it will take you to the license conditions where you can read more about them.
