So, I see you have this under CCO and CC-BY-SA. Those lisences have conflicting stipulations.

So are you gonna go with

CC0:

The person who associated a work with this deed has dedicated the work to the public domain by waiving all of his or her rights to the work worldwide under copyright law, including all related and neighboring rights, to the extent allowed by law.

You can copy, modify, distribute and perform the work, even for commercial purposes, all without asking permission

or

CC-BY-SA:

Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

You do not have to comply with the license for elements of the material in the public domain or where your use is permitted by an applicable exception or limitation.

There would be no conflict between those licenses.

That's fine you've simplified the licenses, but you're allowed to assign both (or all) licenses. They don't conflict because users are allowed to choose one of the listed licenses, not adhere to all of them simultaneously.

Thanks for the submission! I think I'll use them for a registration verification system.
