Thanks for sharing. always nice to see more competitions.
Thanks Chris. Are you an artist?
Yes I am. I do 2D spritesheets and 3D game models, textures sometimes. In the morning Ill be done prepping to put out a pretty great 3D pack.
That's nice to hear. Hope you can participate in Middle East Talents Awards. I'm sure that our team will be happy to see your 2D and 3D artworks.
Id love to participate sometime. Also, is the site based in the middle east or is everything (most) just middle east themed for a specific reason?
The Middle East Talents Awards competition is open to all artists, of any age or nationality, that are based in Middle East or are interested in carreer in Middle East. You can submit still images or videos depends on the category which you can find on the META website.
Well im definitely not based anywhere near the middle east, but sure that doesnt really matter unless you guys are actually strict to a local area rather than world wide, I wouldnt really imagine that really being much of a thing though.
Definitely you can participate Chris. Any artist who want to showcase their art skills and talents across the world are welcome to participate.
Ill join the fun some time soon and see if I can drag a few others along with me. thanks for sharing once again.
That's nice! Thanks Chris. Our team will look forward to see your artworks.
Was going to submit something, but definetly under the terms of :
Maybe sometime soon Ill make something willing to give up and submit, but I suggest you reevaluate and alter your sites terms.
Would you mind to tell the kind of work you want to submit?
Thanks for the suggestion, i'll pass it to our team as well.
I was planning on releasing a 3D CGI Render ive been working on. but Im most likely going to make something else for submission. not that sure yet. and I do hope you take that into consideration, many people that dont read into it may consider it "White Collar thievery". I wouldnt go that far onto it as I see a lot of companies do this, but I do think the licensor shouldnt be stripped of his rights on his artwork.
I'd Personally let that be optional to the licensor. maybe a check box at the signup or at the submission page.
