Five medical items (low-poly). Contains a medical box, pill, pill bottle, syringe, and gauze. Textures are 128x. Comes with gimp XCF file and original UV export images (1024x) if you want to make your own textures.

A red cross on white background is actually a protected sign (both trademark & geneva convention) and thus can not be legally used without permission by the Red Cross Society.
And I can understand their reservations towards use in violent video games given the significance as a protective emblem in armed conflict.

Im glad you mentioned this. A while ago I had some red crosses in one of my projects and realized the red cross somehow got legal right over a color and shape, which I personally think is rather idiotic and id like to have a red cross rather than green.
I love how the painkiller says "Painaway"
I decided to use a white cross with FACADE pink box. The xcf file is included for modifying textures. I tend to use FACADE pink quite a bit, but I'm not going to be annoyed if anyone else uses it. It's a great color.
