After AGI, this is my second pixel character.
It is modeled after my boss, who is named Angel.
(So, you will not find a real angel here.)
The archive consists of the original spritesheet and the preview image.
UPDATE: Removed the artefact pixels.

If commercial use isn't allowed, then you have chosen the wrong licenses - the CC0 and CC-BY 3.0 both allow commercial use.

changed it, hope it's better now.
CC0 for doing WHATEVER you want EXCEPT to draw money from it (GPL), that is my intention.
I think CC-BY-NC is what you're looking for. The GPL allows commercial purpose. CC0 without commercial purposes isn't the CC0 anymore.
I know this sort of stuff can be bothersome, but it is important to have accurate licensing. Thanks for contributing to OGA!
Unfortunately OGA can only accept art which is free for all uses, including commercial. As Andrettin noted, you may be interested in something like CC-BY-NC, but OGA does not host art under that license.
On a side note, it's a great piece, and if you decide you are okay with commercial use, I'm sure it will be popular. In my experience, OGA content gets used generally in free games anyway, but all art here may legally be used commercially as well.
