Check out my new channel on YouTube - GryzzexOfficial.

I made this remix using FL Studio 11 Producer's Edition and it's a remix of Knife Party's dubstep song Rage Valley. I had fun making this old remix and I also uploaded it to YouTube (on my channel) and Looperman. You don't need to credit me or show work but if you want to I'll check out your work.

Did you get permission to share the remix under cc0? Does the original creator know about this remix? International copyright law makes it so that the owner of the original owns copyright of remixes.

I didn't use anything that the original owner used in the original creation. Plus this is really old and never got any copyright strikes once uploaded to YouTube.

Oh I see, I listened a bit to the "original" and I think I can see some similarity in the structure but this definnitely sounds like an original creation to me. I wouldn't even write "remix" but "inspired by".

To me, making a remix means that I have the source music in tracks or that I use a released track's soundwave directly to modify it with the original music clearly noticeable in the produced remix. Sorry for the confusion but to me, you saying 'remix' and having their name in the file name even made me sure of it.

You might want to clarify how you would like to be (I know it's optional :) ) attributed though. Deva, Gryzzex or Xenocity?

Oh okay.

I've switched from Gryzzex to Xenocity. I may have forgotten to put that you can use without crediting me, but if you do then you may credit me through Xenocity.

Welll... Anyone who's heard the original would recognize the drop as a remake. So even if there's no audio being used, the melodic content still comes from the original.
