Does anyone know any good Text To Speech programs, aps or websites that are free for commercial use?

I've used flite before, and it is really good.

I think FreedroidRPG uses espeak to synthesize some voices.

Thanks, these look promising. I wish I was a lawyer so i could understand the licenses though. The licenses mostly seem to deal with the software. I'm interested in whether the resulting audio files are free to use commercially. I suspect the answer is buried in there somewhere, but it is hardly in English. :/
