I need to add some flare

Hello,

I just made a game but needs some flare to it but I suck at drawing.  Would someone be able to make cartoonish looking orbs?  I will need a Green, Red, Blue and Purple.  Also, if you have any ideas to give it some extra pizzaz, that would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

Here is the link to the game

Something like this (a rendered 3D sphere)?

Hi Eugene,

Thanks for the sphere, I think the sphere is a little dark, could you brighten it up?  I'm trying to figure out if I should use cute characters or marbles.

Hi Eugene,

That marble is looking pretty nice, is it possible to add some shine?

Thanks,
John

Not sure what do you mean by 'shine'?

Just my 2 cents, the backdrop is very cartoony, simple shaded.

You might try a simplier shading treatment for the orbs to create a better artistic match between foreground and background.  Maybe just a solid color with a blob of white highlight in the top left corner.

Hi Capbros,

I think you might be correct with the orbs.  What do you think of the Jar?

@John808: Looks good!  I notice it also has a slight dark outline all around, which is also a good idea, should help the orbs to 'pop' off the backdrop and separate themselves from each other a little bit too.

of course, the true test is to see it in context.
