Here are the concept arts for the black and white boy and monster.

Yes, the drawing aren't the greatest, but like I said, I have zero talent in drawing. But you get the general gist of what the characters look like.

For the girl, I'm still thinking about what to make of her. So if you come back maybe in 3 hours or so (Yes that's how long it takes for me to draw), than I'll have the concept art ready.

Again, you are welcome to do any changes to any of the characters.

For the boy. I like the second one the best.

I like what you did with the hair. That was a great idea on your part.

But this time

-Draw the boy as if he's running. (Look at the concept art) Since that's what I want this sprite to do.

-Get rid of the two white marks on the left side

-Make the short pants more squarish (Try widening the part where the pants meet the shirt)

-For his left arm, can you make the shirt sleeve more squarish

-Add soft (but subtle) glow to the silhouette of the character

For the monster. I like the second one the best.

But this time

-Draw the monster as if he's walking (Look at the concept art).

-I like the white stripes in his chest and his arm. But fill out the hands and feet.

-The monster isn't meant to be symetrical. It looks sort of like a tree. So try adding big rectange and small rectangle for the sharp triangle on the chest and hip.

Can you also have the whole upper body of the boy lean a little bit forward?

And make its eyes a little smaller while having its head also smaller.
