[Work in progress] Tower Defence Game

Been wokring on a tower defence game over the past week, just in the evenings, on the train, and whenever I get some spare time really.

I've started off using the LPC tileset and some of Chabulls' work (http://opengameart.org/users/chabull). Still got loads to do on it but so far i've been focusing on the basics and driving all the content from text files.

Any ideas or thoughts are always welcome.

Current ToDo List:

  • Ghost tower on placement
  • Exit area and enemy direction/routes
  • Wave counter
  • End game
  • Panning over the map with touch & drag
  • Experience / tower levels / tower upgrades
  • Splining for enemy animation
  • Inflicted Damage text (maybe?)
  • Credits gain text on enemy kill

Thanks, hadn't really thought about anything like that. I don't usually get this far when i make a game. There are a couple of peices that I might tidy up and add a brief overview as an exmample of pathing and splining but i've just relized it doesn't work in my latest version :(
