It isn't public domain if you require to be notified here. I know that sounds pedantic, but it's true. You should rephrase to, "I only ask that you notify me if using it - comments here are fine."

It is very good. I have made a tetris game albeit it is bitrotten and forgotten. This inspires me to revive it. I will let you know if/when that happens as I'll use this music.

In terms of licensing, I am a little uneasy about this. The chiptune rendition of what is commonly known as the Tetris melody is trademarked, but the tune of the music itself is classical and therefore not copyrighted. If the word "Tetris" is not used, this still sounds much like the original Tetris music, which could therefore be an infringement if used commercially, especially in a game. In the case of somebody's YouTube video, it doesn't matter, but if this were mass-distributed as part of another product then I would be concerned about the legal situation. Perhaps somebody else can clear this up.

poinl, the licensing issue is not on your end since you marked the tune as CC0 thereby voiding your copyright, but this is unmistakably Tetris music even though the melody and your rendition of it are in the public domain, and there exist trademarks and other such nonsense around the Tetris IP. What constitutes a trademark violation is not for you to decide. You're in the clear, as is anyone who would use this tune in a cutscene or as ironic counterpoint or in a non-commercial game, but then there is that whole other legal area of somebody potentially making a Tetris clone using this music, which would be suable. You see my point? It's a more complicated issue than simply saying something is public domain. After all, you named it "Twister Tetris" and I'm sure somebody who's heard this beautiful rendition probably wants to put it in some app with an uncanny similarity to Tetris, but they can't can't do that, and it wouldn't be for copyright reasons but rather that they were infringing a brand.

As per your request, here's the game I used your song in. It's a free, FunHaus themed game. It's also a novelty game so if you don't know who FunHaus is you probably won't enjoy it nearly as much as their fans.

Edit: I should point out FunHaus's type of comedy is very tongue in cheek, sometimes done for shock value. So it's not for everybody, especially kids.
